Jana Vodesil- Baruffi

Jana is an experienced and award-winning artist with more then 40 years of practice. She has conducted 21 (to this date) solo exhibitions and has been part of numerous group exhibitions during her art journey, including exhibitions in New York, Italy, Czech Republic and Australia. Her work is exhibited in Metamorphosis Art Gallery in Australia

Jana shares her knowledge with students in her private studio, she travels and teaches, conducts art talks, workshops and demonstrations in different art communities in Australia.

She also takes students for Art Tours to Europe, NZ and Africa.

She specializes in painting with oils, acrylics, pastels, watercolours and drawing.

Her workshops for Leisure Cruise Industry are specifically designed to meet the needs of the clients with the intention to create memorable paintings/sketches from the holiday. All the tuition is complimented by demonstrations, slideshows and written notes.

Jana’s personal work can be divided into three categories: Fantastic realism, Portraits and Visual dairies (paintings from her extensive travels).www.janavodesil.com.

In 2013 Jana co-published the book “Permanent Impressions”, portraits of 50 significant women of Western Australia, which won a bronze medal in the 2014 Independent Publisher Book Awards in NY in the non-fiction category for Australia and New Zealand.
