Some Examples of Jackie’s Work

About Jackie Morgan

My main interests are papercraft, sewing and beadwork. I make and teach how to make memory books, mini scrapbooks and paperbag scrapbooks.

I am in demand to provide beading classes for local groups, including meeting the highest demands from local Womens’ Institutes. I have led beadwork workshops at adult education colleges and I have established a thriving beadwork group with the local U3A.

With my experience of teaching I can relate to learners of all ages and abilities.

Craft should be fun. I would ensure that everyone enjoys themselves by making something that is achievable, hopefully beautiful but always something to be a reminder of a few hours well spent.

A good craft session will be full of laughter and leave people wanting more – wanting to make another one, to make it again in a different colour, make it again to give as a gift and maybe wanting the challenge of developing the skill a bit further.

I believe that what I do will achieve all of these!

· beadwork,

· papercraft

· small sewing projects – all achievable in a few hours.
