Marine Biologist, accomplished speaker and storyteller, Barb presents fascinating lectures that appeal to a broad audience. Her professional and charming presentations attract a large audience who often comment on how well she explains the mysterious world of the oceans, glaciers, and forests of Alaska. Barb has lived and worked in Juneau, Alaska for the past decade. Her background in marine mammal management, research, and outreach gives her a well-rounded perspective on the wildlife of Alaska’s waters, and how human interaction affects them.
