We are an established Cruise Lecturer, Arts and Crafts agency with 20 years of experience in the industry.  We provide Speakers, Crafts people and others to you at absolutely no costs or fees as contract supplemental crew. Our focus is on quality, respectful and low maintenance Guest presenters that understand their roles and responsibilities. We understand how important it is for your guest passengers to have an incredibly remarkable experience.

We have completed our transition of ownership and are rapidly expanding the talent pool of superb speakers and artists.  Our present associates are providing more support material and Cruise presentation experience that make them even more marketable.  We are on track to increase our membership to align with the market and continue to provide the best possible presenters for our Cruise Line clients.

Our long track record  (25 plus years in business) helps us understand the effective communication between you and our Associates.  Problems are quickly resolved and we work hard to prepare our associates with the expectations and limitations of being a guest presenter and supplemental contract crew member.

In the past 12 months, we have placed more than 54 speakers and artists who have literally sailed all seven seas!

We are looking for qualified presenters that are skilled and have a desire to cruise as a passenger and cruise member all at once.  This is not for everyone and we know that many with tremendous backgrounds don’t make a successful cruise ship presenter. That said, we also have many with ‘regular backgrounds’ that soar and gain rapid appreciation from their audiences.  And, we also have the resources to help many like yourself, do just that.

“Is it free” is a very common question and many speakers of land-based contracts are paid.  Generally, the cruise industry is much different. The benefits include free passage for the Presenter PLUS their guest. There are special discounts onboard to the Presenter and occasionally some air travel is provided for the Presenter only.  There will be an investment in anything that is truly worthwhile. Training, preparation all require time and money. The benefits of being in this exclusive world is far beyond the investment made for your services provided by this agency. 

The total investment works out for you to enjoy a very unique cruise experience, for less than 25% of the best sale price you may find on sale.

This is not for everyone. It is important to understand the sacrifices and rewards.  I can tell you personally that many of my Associates as well as myself find the experience well beyond our wildest expectations.

First, it will require your time and effort to gather your portfolio image, video, short bio and topic list.

Then you need to interview and qualify to become a member.  If accepted, then the one time

Lifetime membership is $280USD. This is 50% refundable at the end of two years should you not be offered a place on a cruise.

Once approved for a cruise contract, you will be required to submit to the association the full fee of $65USD per day, total cost for both you and your guest (should you decide to bring one), to the Association.  Payment must be received immediately upon notification of approval and partial payments are not accepted. Once payment is received, the cruise line will provide us with a contract for you to complete and return.  

Again this total investment works out to enjoying a cruise for less than 25% of the best sale price you may find. And, when you add some onboard special benefits, this can easily work out to a more than an equivalent ‘free cruise’.

Only in exceptional circumstances. The Association will credit a cancellation toward the next cruise assignment for legitimate emergency reasons.  Should the cruise line cancel a refund or credit will be applied by the Association. If no effort to build your portfolio page is made, you will not be placed on the website and you will not be offered any cruise positions. If an effort is made, we will work with you to ensure a very positive outcome in your Enrichment presenting journey.

We provide you with a $100 cruise credit for any referral of a new Associate who completes their first cruise with us.

Our members have been most patient and are now returning to the high seas with appropriate precautions required by the cruise lines.  We have booked and sailed more than 50 contracts since the shutdowns and forecasts are very positive moving forward. Those who had booked cruises were given credits and a few found they needed to request financial refunds. We work hard to ensure all members are taken care of and forecast a large demand for speakers next for a very long time. The cruise lines are in close contact with us we work on the schedule, they are confident that the Cruise Speakers Association will continue to play a strong role.  

We have recently brought on a major new Cruise line, that many of you have now cruised upon.  It has dramatically opened up our opportunities. Other cruise lines are forthcoming.  Our plan is to only increase our membership to align with the market and continue to provide the best presenters possible for our Cruise Line clients.
