“Dear Nitza,
Hi, My name is Jeff and I just wanted to take the time to contact you.
I was on the recent trip to Barcelona on the “Mariner of the Seas”, and I had the pleasure of hearing many of your travel talks.
I just wanted to thank you for all the interesting information you offered that helped us better understand the destinations, the culture and the highlights of the ports and countries we visited.
More than that, however, I loved your style of delivery.
How many times do we hear a knowledgeable speaker who drones on and on, reading in a stilted fashion from a sheet or PowerPoint file whilst we fight the urge to nod off?
This was definitely not you.
I loved your casual, friendly style and the passion for all those places that you clearly imparted, to, at least, me.
It felt as if you were talk to only me across a table in a small cafe.
I regret that I was not able to talk to you personally and now I am back in Adelaide, but my praise for you is worth the time and effort to send you this email.
I love life, passion and enthusiasm, being a person who believes in the positives in life. Clearly, you do too. Well done, and I hope I hear your talks again on another trip or seminar.
Just for the record, we were not originally booked for the Petra tour, but changed our minds after hearing your talk.
It was fairly demanding, especially in the hot sun, but for that you prepared us, yet again.
We took water; hats etc., and loved every minute of it. Thanks, you so much
Yours sincerely (and I mean that more than a mere salutation)
