i, my name is Linda and my two passions in life, besides my husband Drew and cat Harry, are cruising and crafts especially beading although I am becoming more enamoured with wirework and stamping.
After over 40 years working in I.T. as a computer programmer where I had always done various crafts for relaxation, I was introduced to beading during a transatlantic cruise (where else?) to the Caribbean and back (plenty of sea days) and have been hooked ever since. My ambition is to combine the two!
I am an enthusiastic amateur who is more than happy to share what knowledge I have about this wonderful hobby and nothing gives me pleasure that seeing the delight on a students’ face at their achievement.
I provide for each project, a kit containing the beads and/or wire plus illustrated instructions together with class demonstrations. There are also all the necessary tools to use for you to produce a piece of jewellery to be proud of.
I can cater the projects to cover one 2 hour session or several sessions as required and can also provide a website showcasing the offered projects see harmony of the seas beading projects
I have given classes on NCL and Royal Caribbean cruise ships, a local community centre and a local bead shop.
So I hope that you will join me, whether you are a complete beginner or advance beader/jewellery maker, in the wonderful journey of creating beautiful jewellery.
