Margaret qualified as a teacher nearly forty years ago and during this time has taught students from 6 to 96 years of age.
In addition to spending 20 years working with community groups teaching various crafts she is also an experienced Cake Decorating and Sugarcraft tutor, twice winning silver medals in Salon Culinaires.
An accredited N.F.W.I. Craft Judge she also demonstrates on a regular basis for one of the U.K’s major craft supply companies. Having spent the last few years as a self employed tutor she can offer a variety of topics for craft sessions and is experienced at providing sessions that fit within an hour to two hour time slot, she has taught small groups and demonstrated to a theatre audience of 600.
Papercrafts, card making, rubber stamping, decoupage, air dry clay modelling, crochet, cross stitch, sugar modelling ,beginners patchwork are all within her capabilities.
As a warm and welcoming tutor her sessions are informal and fun and because of her flexible teaching style the sessions are enjoyed by all participants.
